About Jolene Bester- JMS Dressage
Jolene is a USDF Bronze and Silver Medalist. Jolene’s passion for the art of dressage has driven her to become the best trainer/instructor she can be. She loves nothing more than to share that passion and the knowledge she has gained over the years with her horses and students. Jolene’s training and instruction emphasizes the importance of straightness, self-carriage and the athletic development of the horse. Jolene is a USDF/USEF participating member and is currently working toward her gold medal. Jolene has ridden for trainers such as: Brad Cutshall, Hilda Gurney, Mark Peter-Spahn, Sue Hughes, Eberhard Biesenthal and many others.
Jolene’s approach to teaching is theory based. She believes that you need to know the why to understand how. she strives to help each student reach their individual goal Whether that be feeling more secure and connected to your horse on the trail or if you have show goals. Her students have enjoyed success in reaching those goals. Some going out to enjoy those trails with a new feeling of confidence and others qualifying for USDF regional championships and more.
